This letter is to bring you the exciting news that on August 2nd we are planning to hold services. It is to be determined whether services will be held inside the building or outdoors. To allow for a safe amount of distance between each family we will be holding two separate, smaller services within the day. If any part of the service is to be conducted inside the building, we will be limiting our usage of the building to strictly the top floor. This means we will be unable to access or utilize any of the space downstairs.
The first service will begin at 9:00 and run until 10:00, the second service will be scheduled from 11:00 until 12:00. The first service will be directed towards children and young families.
An announcement for health and safety procedures will be announced at the beginning of every service from the pulpit. Every individual must wear a mask or face covering. If you do not have an appropriate face covering of your own there will be disposable ones provided for you. There will be readily available hand sanitizing stations located on site and all Public Health guidelines will be followed. If for any reason you are unable to follow any of these safety and health guidelines, you will still be able to access the service on our YouTube channel from home.
If we are utilizing the sanctuary there are guidelines to ensure the health and safety for our congregation. We encourage our church family to take this time to reconnect and fellowship. However, if you wish to remove your mask while doing so you must step outside of the building and we would encourage you to maintain a 6-foot physical distance. Before re-entry of the building you must put your mask or face covering back on and apply hand sanitizer. Upon arriving you will be greeted by a greeter who will help you find your seat to ensure we maintain adequate seat spacing between families. Offering will not be taken up during the service, however there will be an offering box available. Please do not lick any envelopes to seal them.
Although much time has been spent apart from each other, we look forward to the opportunity to reconnect with our church family.
